Summer Camp: Goldberg Machines
Jul 20 - Jul 24, Mon - Fri | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM [Beirut Time]
$200 / student
Program Description
Rube Goldberg machines are contraptions that use chain reactions to carry out simple tasks. They perform a basic job in a complicated way. They are also an excellent way to learn about and use physics and engineering concepts. In this 5-day online camp, students will design and code a virtual Goldberg machine using a block-based coding language. Then, they can see and interact with the virtual machine in Augmented Reality. They will also build a physical Goldberg machine using items they have around the house from mugs, strings, and spoons to papers, toys, and marbles.
