Drone & VR Coding
Drones are used in multiple fields and are known to have diverse applications. What if we can code our drones to customize them even further? This course is a great introduction to Aerospatiale Engineering, where students learn the fundamentals of Quadcopter flight systems and operations. This course will also cover the coding of Virtual Reality, which has become an essential technology that affects multiple industries around the world. In fact, VR content developing is one of the highest paying jobs around the world!

In this course, students will learn how to write code and algorithms to control their drone’s flight movements. Students will learn mechanical and computer science notions while building effective flight systems for their drones (Auto pilot system, Manual pilot system, Coded controller…)
This course will also help students learn how to design and code a virtual environment, and then see it come to life. Students will understand the importance of VR as an immersive experience; they will create and present models which include infographics, stories and virtually interactive showrooms.
Learning coding concepts such as loops and conditional statements
Learning mechanical concepts such as quadcopter operations
Understanding and developing algorithms to solve Aerospatiale engineering challenges
Learning how to create an interactive VR model
Understanding essential coding concepts (loops, functions, and conditional statements)
